NOTE:

1. Once we receive your order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1-2 working day. However, processing times may vary depending on when the order is placed and order volumes.

2. Orders placed during peak or festive periods may take 2-3 working days to process due to higher order volumes. The processing times are subject to operational capacity and may be adjusted accordingly.

3. No delivery collections are done on weekends by courier companies. 

4. Deliveries will be tracked and typically take 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on the couriers' handling speed.

5. We will not be held responsible for any delays once your goods have been dispatched especially during the Peak Period, the operation of the delivery companies we use is outside our control.​

How much is the minimum spend for delivery?

• **NO MINIMUM ORDER** We charge a flat fee.

Dispatched order:
You will receive both an email and SMS notification with your parcel's tracking details after dispatched. 
 

• Flat Shipping Fee: £3.99, we use NEXT DAY tracked delivery services from trusted couriers via Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, or DHL.

• FREE UK Mainland Delivery: For orders over £90.

• Expected Delivery Time: 1-3 working days.*

Please note: Processing and packing time is separate from delivery time.

Guernsey (UpTo 10kg):
£3.99 flat shipping fee by Royal Mail or Evri.

Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Island:
